Custom Search & Item title

Hi,
1) When we search using custom search the keyword which the search is been done are displayed 9 times on breadcrumb. How to resolve this so it's only displayed 1 time only and that keyword can also be in the meta.
2) How to make it search title & description too.
3) I have noted when title is suppose to be like: 15% off Women's Sneakers it displays
15 off Women's Sneakers % sign are missing.
